1) One is for a remote control the other is for recharging the battery through the camera.
2) Single frame (cable release)
3) Frame counter
4) This sets the film speed (ASA) so that the internal light meter knows how to expose your film correctly.
5) Test has got to be for battery test, "semi" hmm never seen that before. Usually its "auto" for full auto shooting or "manual" for non auto metering/zooming.
6) I'll pass that one to someone else
7) Its a fine focussing screen that allows you pin point sharpness especially when using telephoto or macro modes. They allow you to move it out of the way so that the viewfinder becomes a bit brighter.
8) The shutter adjust lever (on top?) opens and closes the shutter. It allows you to increase the shutter speed without changing the filming speed. It will lock at half and closed positions. (move lever half way and lift it straight up and it should lock at half closed).
9) see answer 2)
10) Don't know
11) Yes
12) It means that fungus is growing on the lens. If its there you should be able to see it. Shine a light in there to see. How it effects film you expose depends on how bad it is.
13) Yes, There are some screws near the base (4 i believe) remove them and the barrel will come off. Oh take the whole lens off first.
14) When I had the angenieux 8-64 it had macro. If it does there is a sliding knob near the base of the lens. Don't know about the Schneider.
